Whether managing client projects or launching her own renovations, Ann’s relentless drive to achieve the impossible consistently inspires her team and exceeds client expectations.

ALEX GROSS

Alex wears countless hats—balancing finances, running machinery, and leading client meetings with the same ease she brings to building a strong, customer-first company culture. With a degree from Miami University and a reputation for being resilient, responsible, and reachable, she embodies Summit’s motto: “work hard and be nice to people.”

BOB GROSS

Bob, Summit’s sales leader and chief estimator, brings over 30 years of construction experience, a relentless work ethic, and a trusty notebook to every project—big or small. Known for his colorful stories, love of baseball, and tireless pursuit of excellence, Bob is always chasing the next win—whether it’s a job bid, a home run, or a perfect day on the slopes. Bob has often been referred to as the most interesting man in the world. Don’t believe it? Just ask him to tell you about the one time he fought and killed a tiger with his bare hands...

Summit Painting employees are OSHA 30 trained, First Aid, and CPR trained. We hold annual respirator, fit tests and complete yearly continuing education classes. Summit Painting is a drug-free work place and has a top-tier company safety program in place.
